At Silver Oak, we will be providing services to youth with variety of mental health conditions in a therapeutic residential setting.

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities:

As Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living, managing a residential treatment facility. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.

Schedule is:

12 hours shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on and 4 days off (Rotating on/off day will be on Wednesdays)

A Shift: Sunday- Tuesday, every other Wednesday

B Shift: Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in related field, or any equivalent combination number of years experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military training and experience is acceptable.

Three years experience in juvenile mental health treatment. Related experience can be substituted with approval.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.

Have completed ROP University (Essential Subjects) and IQT (Tech 22) for internal candidates, external candidates must pass within six months of employment.
