Senior –  Task Manager

Position Summary

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a qualified individual to support high-level ODNI organizations, manage tasking through various systems like N-CERTS and CATS, and coordinate inter-agency actions. The role also involves preparing training materials and overseeing the processing of ODNI staff packages.

Location: McLean, VA

FLSA Status: Regular, Full-Time

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Position Type: On-Site

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level

Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems

Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems

Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities

Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience, or no degree and 9 years of experience

TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
