Summary You will serve as a TECHNICAL DOCTRINE DEVELOPER in the Policy and Standards Division of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will perform a full range of operational and administrative duties and responsibilities. You will serve as Marine Corps’ Service doctrine and training publication developer and coordinator for multi-Service, combatant commands, multi-national, and joint staff doctrine review You will ensure managers and authors tailor their publications to the educational and experience levels of the users, who range from enlisted to senior officers You will verifiy that final written publications contain no conflicts with the policies and objectives of related doctrine and training publications You will coordinate and track publication actions with approval authorities, managers, and authors and, as necessary, provides train-the-trainer instruction for doctrine technology. You will establish a plan of action and milestones for developing or maintaining doctrine and training publications and supervises their execution. You will develop doctrine briefings for general officers and other Marine Corps military and civilian leaders that reflect current Marine Corps positions Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and facilitating the doctrine and training publication development process, ensuring that the final written publications contain no conflicts with the policies, guidelines, and objectives of related doctrine and training publications. GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in managing and facilitating the doctrine and training publication development process, ensuring that the final written publications contain no conflicts with the policies, guidelines, and objectives of related doctrine and training publications.
