Position Summary

Supports business partners by providing pricing related to brokerage accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Negotiates truckload costs and services with business partners.

Establishes quotes and other specifics from business partners.

Monitors and follows up to ensure loads are moving according to schedule and expectations.

Tracks and updates timely entries into the operating systems for load status, costs, and freight data.

Communicates changes in load status to business partners.

Assists cross-functional teams in projects during heavy load volume.

Reports potential or known service failures to business partners.

Resolves any discrepancies related to shipments.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business or a related field.

2 years of transportation experience.

Willingness to work flexible hours.
