Responsibilities

Process payroll for 50 employees.

Review and verify timesheets, hours worked, deductions, and other payroll-related data.

Maintain payroll records, ensuring proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax withholdings and filings.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions, resolving any discrepancies.

Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with general ledger entries.

Prepare payroll reports for management.

Assist with year-end processes, including the preparation and distribution of W-2 forms.

Assist in improving payroll processes and systems for increased efficiency.
