We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated individual for Accounts Payable Specialist role with a Cleveland area company. This is a full time position. The ideal candidate should have stable work history with a minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll role. An updated resume is required to be considered for this position. Responsibilities

Enter Payroll & AP

Process Payroll & AP

Complete Reporting for Payroll & AP

Complete Benefits Process after Payroll post

Complete Monthly Benefit Billing Process

Complete Retirement and Benefits Open Enrollment

Complete Monthly Salary Projections

Complete Monthly Salary & Leave Accruals

Track all Receipts and Packing Slips for agency staff purchases (does not include regular monthly bills)

Communicating with agency programs, personnel and outside agencies as needed

Update Payroll, A/P, and Benefits Manual as needed

Order Fiscal Department Office supplies as needed

Maintain prompt hours

Notify Fiscal Manager in the event of absence

Follow directions and instructions of Fiscal Manager (along with the Benefits, A/P, and Payroll offices)

Follow personnel policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned
