Quality Manager needed for growing organization primarily focused on heavy industrial products for a variety of industries. The QM strategically directs the quality team with leadership over QMS, CI, Product Quality, Auditing, and and Supplier Quality. Eqperience in a fabrication environment ideal. responsibilities:

Supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards

Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO, API, and other relevant standards

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

Recruit, train and supervise staff

Establish performance KPIs that connect with strategic goals
