Mental Health Therapist

Adecco is partnered with a premier provider of adolescent healthcare services to help them recruit and hire a skilled Mental Health Therapist in Mt Washington, KY.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

– Providing direct provision of care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements.

– Creating a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients.

– Functioning as a part of the treatment team and helping implement the client’s treatment plan.

– Exhibiting professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors.

– Promoting health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse.

– Ensuring that the clients needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis.

– Identifying potential risk factors (in a program environment) and takes measures to reduce those risks.

– Creating a safe, secure and sanitary environment.

– Maintaining confidentiality of clients protected health information and complying with the HIPAA privacy rule.

Qualifications:

– Masters level Counselors and Therapists with pre-licensure or full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) required.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
