The Business Architect will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and technology solutions to drive business transformation and optimize performance. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology investments support the organizations overall goals and objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, goals, and objectives

· Analyze existing business processes and aligning technology solutions to business process

· Design and develop business architecture/technical solutions that align with the organizations strategy

· Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions to support business strategy and processes

· Work closely with software engineers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders

· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented and planned technical solutions

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related roles

· Strong understanding of business processes

· Expertise in business analysis, process design, and requirements gathering

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable solutions

· Experience with project management methodologies and tools
