Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Operators are responsible for ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include completing paperwork and data entry, assisting in packaging area, and cross-training on other machine operation duties. The role requires regular communication with other operators, quality techs, and the area supervisor to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Hard Skills
2 years of Machine Operating Experience in a production environment
Ability to frequently lift up to 60lbs
Prior Food Production experience preferred, but not required
Operating state of the art equipment that processes and packages beverages in both cans and bottles
Troubleshooting equipment
Changing over and adjusting equipment between production runs
Operating a forklift or pallet jack
Sanitation of the plant and equipment
Performing quality checks on the products
Utilizing computer skills to work in the ERP system and other necessary programs
Soft Skills
Works well with others to produce quality products
Communicates issues effectively
Keeps area clean and organized
Attends production meetings
Assists in other parts of the facility as needed
Follows food safety/regulatory policies and procedures

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
State-of-the-art facility built in 2018, featuring virtually brand-new machines, forklifts, and conveyors. The facility is well-lit and meticulously clean, providing a pleasant working environment.
