As a Branch Manager with Community First, you will get to:

Provide outstanding quality service by meeting and speaking with members to identify, match and fulfill financial needs. Those needs are met through delivery of the products and services available within the policies and procedures of the credit union

Lead deposit, lending and member service functions for the branch. Ensure duties are performed in accordance with established policies, principles and standards and looks for opportunities to provide exceptional experiences to our members

Open and support deposit accounts for members including savings, checking, certificates, money markets, IRA, escrow, and holiday. Insure these deposit accounts are performed within the policies and procedures of the credit union

Take loan applications, perform debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approval, close loan and complete file

Customize protection solutions for all applicable lending products. Meet set individual objective for protected loans and support branch goals. Continue ongoing coaching with lenders to ensure protection solutions are presented to members

Evaluate work of employees, conduct performance appraisals, hire new employees and other related personnel functions. Provide training and assistance to employees to ensure efficient and effective delivery of member services

Assist Regional Managers in establishing and developing plans to meet or exceed branch goals

Interact with members and resolve member complaints and concerns

Remain active in member service function to meet member needs including teller transactions, new account transactions and lending transactions

We are looking for a combination of:

Bachelor’s Degree in banking, business, management, or a related field

5 years of banking, member service and/or sales experience; 2 years of leadership experience

Exceptional verbal communication skills, as well as advanced ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay organized, and follow up

Familiarity with Microsoft office suite, as well as web-based software and financial services platforms

Passion for providing outstanding service to our members – internal and external
