Post Consumer Brands is looking for an MBA Brand Marketing Intern to make an impact through a challenging, 10-12-week project at our Lakeville, MN campus, in Summer 2025. Throughout the summer, you’ll gain exposure to senior leaders, network across the company to understand PCB’s business, and gain a realistic preview of what it’s like to work at PCB. JOB FUNCTION The purpose of this position is to contribute to key business initiatives and projects that drive brand growth and innovation. The intern will be a key member of the Brand Management team, working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance and product development, to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support our business objectives. You’ll work on various projects throughout the summer and will close with a final presentation to the Marketing Leadership Team and other senior leaders. It is an exciting opportunity to hone skills and drive volume growth by identifying and delivering on consumer and retailer needs. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES / DUTIES The MBA Brand Management Intern will own several key projects in the Brand Management department. Assignments may include work such as: Weave together all components of the “4 P’s” (product, price, place, and promotion) to deliver a compelling consumer and retailer need Analyze and report in-market performance across multiple businesses using Nielsen, IRI and other data as needed to better understand consumer behavior to make recommendations that impact the business (forecasting, consumer spend, strategy/plan shifts, etc.) Research key competitors and assist with mitigation strategy Translate brand strategy and initiative into an actional go-to-market approach across US Retail Identifying Key Issues and Opportunities for the Brand and contribute to annual planning process Present findings and plan recommendations to Marketing Leadership Team, including the Chief Growth Officer Specific project and operational roles will be identified 30-60 days prior to the start of the internship, based on business need and intern interests. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be pursuing an MBA from an accredited program in Marketing or Management with graduation year in 2026 or December 2025 Proven leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing Communications, Insights, and Sales) Strong communication and analytical skills The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative to identify areas of opportunity and take action A high level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool Ability to identify and evaluate tactical methods to achieve objectives, identify deviations from the plan, and facilitate resolution Ability to handle confidential information and use discretion within and outside of the organization Interest in the consumer packaged goods / manufacturing industry with the desire to start a career with Post Consumer Brands after graduation (strongly preferred) We are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future Additional Program Information & Perks Offering competitive compensation Access to senior leaders and networking opportunities Successful interns will be awarded a full-time offer upon graduation for those with long-term potential to serve as leaders at PCB.
