Job Description
As an eCommerce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence and driving business success through data-driven insights. Your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), web performance, and data analysis will directly enhance user experience, increase traffic, and drive revenue growth across our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will lead strategic digital initiatives, providing critical insights to optimize performance, improve user engagement, and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conversion Rate & Funnel Optimization: Enhance user journeys by analyzing and optimizing conversion paths, purchase funnels, and checkout processes to maximize conversion rates.
-A/B Testing & Site Performance: Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to evaluate the impact of different page elements on user behavior and overall site performance, improving user experience and engagement.
-SEO & Content Optimization: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance to develop actionable insights. Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to refine keyword strategies and optimize content for better engagement and visibility.
-Data-Driven Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders (product, marketing, developers, data engineers) to implement robust tracking and analytics systems. Ensure multichannel data integration and streamline data collection processes to support decision-making.
-Reporting & Visualization: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion, and engagement. Leverage tools like Adobe Analytics Workspace and Snowflake to analyze shopper behavior and create data visualizations in DOMO.
-Advanced Data Handling: Work closely with data engineers to define and manage production datasets. Apply SQL logic to extract and analyze data, aligning findings with broader business objectives.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, merchandising, product, and development teams to ensure analytics efforts align with overall business goals, and support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Skills and Requirements
-6 years of eCommerce Analyst or related experience
-Strong experience with SQL for data analysis
-Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch or Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for data tracking and analysis
-Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user experience enhancement.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing, product, and development teams) -Experience with tools like DOMO or similar platforms to create data visualizations.
-Familiarity with Snowflake or similar platforms for data management and integration.
-Tealium, Ensighten, Pendo Analytics or Piwik PRO for data tracking and analysis. null
