As the Senior IT Manager, ServiceNow you will be key in driving the build out of the architecture, design, and implementation of company-wide functionalities within the ServiceNow platform. You will guide the end-to-end development and delivery of product features, aligning them with client requirements. You ’ ll shape the product ’ s vision, define strategic roadmaps, and craft architectural blueprints. This role can work remotely in most US locations with a preference for Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Be a ServiceNow Champion – Advocate for ServiceNow’s product life cycle with business stakeholders. Prioritize operational support, set clear customer value goals, and define validation criteria for successful delivery. Continuously monitor and assess the product ’ s performance against established KPI ’ s to drive ongoing improvements.

Be Collaborative – Provide solutions for stakeholders that favor out-of-the-box functionality over customization. Foster internal client relationships, validate features, and align customer requirements with service level objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership and partner organizations to ensure successful product delivery.

Be Strategic – You’ll define the product vision and strategy, maintain a product roadmap, and prioritize new requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders, you ’ ll ensure successful delivery of product capabilities and features, focusing on business outcomes and a smooth transition to sustainment.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience

Experience delivering ServiceNow full stack functionality and delivering features on one or more ServiceNow modules

Experience working in an IT service management (ITSM) environment

Experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

Experience leading projects following Agile methodologies

Successful track record in strategic planning and bringing products to market

Demonstrable experience with roadmaps, milestones, scoping/estimation and creating story maps
