Position Responsibilities:  

Maintains and updates plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, and publications

Design manufacturing plant specific SOP manuals and coordinating delivery of job specific training SOPs is a responsibility of the Document Specialist

Use document control to design training content and coordinate the New Hire Onboarding while tracking and reporting the status and completion

Reviews current qualifications, skill sets and certification processes with SME’s and make recommended changes as directed by the plant location

Suggest and implement changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of shop, department, or work crew

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

Master’s degree
