Utilizing techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement, and Trauma-Informed Strategies, youll facilitate skill-building and encourage growth. Your role will involve coordinating care, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to our organizations quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide community-based mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement, Trauma-Informed Strategies, and CBT/DBT approaches
Coordinate care with service providers, including physicians, schools, and community organizations
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatments, and progress
Participate in staff development activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Foster relationships with key stakeholders involved in the clients care
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background checks
Completion of New Hire Orientation and Relias Learning training
Obtain trainings to assist in professional development meeting DMH Standards
Valid drivers license in state of residency with acceptable driving record
Minimum age requirements for operating company vehicles
Reliable transportation and proof of valid auto insurance
Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
