In this position, youll be responsible for managing client scheduling, collecting payments, and maintaining up-to-date client paperwork. Youll utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and staff, providing outstanding customer service while efficiently handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, verifying personal information and insurance details

Schedule appointments and manage the clinicians calendars efficiently

Process payments, including co-payments and insurance claims

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Electronic Medical Records systems

Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments

Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows according to established procedures

Coordinate client referrals and verify eligibility for services

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth office operations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service monitoring programs

Handle potentially stressful client encounters with professionalism and empathy

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous customer service experience preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations professionally

Proficiency in multitasking and working as part of a team

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Proficient typing skills and ability to work with computers and various software applications

Reliable transportation to commute to the assigned work location

Must successfully complete a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
