Job Title: Convenience Store Supervisor

Location: Hyannis, NE

We are looking for an experienced C-Store Supervisor to join the Legacy Coop team in Hyannis, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, cash management experience, and a strong understanding of management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIESinclude but not limited to:

– Serve as shift supervisor for rest of the staff in the absence of the manager;
– Be able to accurately complete all opening and closing procedures and daily reports within deadlines;
– Provide cleanup and maintenance to the station facilities on a daily and as-needed basis;
– Assist in inventory management, ordering, and merchandising to maintain adequate stock, refilling when necessary;
– Code invoices for payment within deadlines and using correct account codes;
– Serve as cashier and station attendant as needed.
– Be on call and fill in shifts when needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise employees in the c-store in the absence of the manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid drivers license that meets MVR standards set by the company.
