About the Role/Team

As the Manager of Operations and Process Strategy you will be responsible for delivering many key initiatives that support and enable operations strategies to increase efficiency and performance.

This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Success in this role requires curiosity, a solution-oriented approach, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You will use your executive presence to work with teams cross-functionally at all levels and navigate exciting, complex challenges.

What youll do…

Strategic Planning: Develop strategic operational and process plans aligned with the overall fashion strategy

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion departments, including supply chain management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service

Process Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor effective process strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate operational and process performance using key metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, marketing teams, and senior management

Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Compliance: Ensure all operations and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

You are data savvy: tell a story to make informed decisions as well as understand competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment.

Youll make an impact by:

Managing the development and implementation of process improvements to improve business results by overseeing evaluations and execution of multiple projects.

Enhancing execution and developing strategy to meet diverse customer needs.

Supporting growth of the Fashion business to achieve plan.

Establishing and influencing high-visibility relationships.

Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; evaluating, developing, and communicating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results, pivoting as needed; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
