MFC 1LMX Test Lead

Description: The MFC 1LMX PMO Transformation Team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Test Lead to own the coordination of MFC testing as it pertains to MFC Retained Applications, Data Analytics and Enterprise Portfolio (ERP, MES, MBE, GBDS/PPM, HRT) coordination and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Super user tester alignment in partnership with the OCM COE team to support each R1 test cycle
• Test script development in partnership with MFC Functional and Application Development Technical SMEs pertaining to MFC Business Processes
• Uploading/maintaining/assigning test cases in Jira Zephyr (MFCs 1LMX Test Management Tool as prescribed by the EO SEIT team)
• Coordination of Test Execution for ITCs and UAT leading into R1 MFC Go-Live; will require travel to MFC sites to orchestrate Command Center group testing
• Detailed requirements traceability tracking for your area of responsibility pertaining to 1LMX L3 Business Processes and/or MFC Retained Applications (will require a strong partnership between MFC VSBARs. SMEs, Enterprise Architecture and MFC SEIT).
• Report MFC Test Execution metrics based on EO SEIT guidance and requirements (communication of testing progress and status to test schedule milestones)
• Lead defect identification and resolution for your area of responsibility advocating MFCs voice of the customer to the EO Build Teams
As a key member of the MFC 1LMX PMO Transformation Team, you will work on a high performing team in partnership with multiple functional/technical leads and product owners. Must be: self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to manage your time, problem solve and be able to work in sometimes ambiguous environments with frequent priority changes as data evolves and matures.
Please Note: this position is full time virtual but will require up to 25% travel based on test cycle support.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of practical project management experience
• Successful project management of a large-scale application implementation/consolidation
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes/technologies
• Highly organized, self-motivated with a strong work ethic who is able to multi-task
• Ability to work in sometimes ambiguous environments
• Ability to self-manage and pivot based on frequent priority changes as data evolves and matures
• Experience working with large teams on projects that are deadline-driven
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive leaders; work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Strong leadership skills –must be able to work confidently and effectively with multiple departments and levels within the company
Desired Skills:
• Experience as a testing project manager on a major system implementation (multiple complex system implementations going live at the same time)
• Experience in integrated test activities and environments (functional and technical experience)
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall Project Management
• Experience utilizing JIRA for project management activities
• Experience utilizing JIRA Zephyr (plug-in) as a Test Management Tool
• Experience with LMs 1LMX Transformation Program

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 – $244,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $112,800 – $216,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
