The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
Takes care of company property
Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
Direct interfacing with customer
May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians
POSITION REQUIREMENT S
HS diploma or equivalent
Industry specific licenses preferred
Ability to obtain TWIC card
Ability to coach and training entry-level technicians
2-5 years technical/operational experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
Must have customer service experience
Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
Able to pass a credit check
Able to operate a company vehicle

Salary range:
$39,500.00 – $63,000.00
