Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Rack Assembly: Assemble racks according to specifications, ensuring structural integrity and alignment for optimal equipment placement.
Rack Disassembly: Safely disassemble racks, ensuring all components are accounted for and stored properly for future use or disposal.
Equipment Handling: Transport and position heavy equipment and materials using appropriate tools and safety measures.
Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other trades to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during assembly or disassembly processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in assembly and disassembly tasks.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines
Work Environment
All outdoor construction and in a non-climate controlled facility
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Will be working 40 hour work weeks
