Job Summary and Qualifications

Here is some of what you can expect from being an EMT with us:

You will support nursing personnel in providing care to patients and assist with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for healthcare delivery.

You will be responsible for assistance with patient care, transportation of patients, specimens, and supplies;

You will keep the patient room clean and stock the department.

Position Requirements:

EMT-Basic Certification or EMT-Paramedic Certification is required,

BLS-Healthcare provider from the American Heart Association or America Red Cross required.

IV certified required.

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) Certification required.

High School Diploma or GED

Successful completion of EMS course.

One year hospital experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and good interpersonal skills.

Strong critical thinking skills.
