Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fiber Optic Installers for projects located in the Tempe, AZ area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Fiber Optic Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Install fiber optics

Troubleshooting

Utilize fiber optic testing equipment

Requirements

Must be able to speak English or fully bilingual

High school diploma or equivalent technical certification in telecommunications or a related field preferred

In-depth knowledge of fiber optic technology installation techniques and troubleshooting methods

Proficient in using fiber optic testing equipment e.g. otdr power meters fusion splicers

Knowledge of industry standards tia ieee and best practices in fiber optic installation and safety protocols

Certification in fiber optics foa eta or equivalent is preferred

Valid drivers license

Must pass drug screen, and background check
