Salesforce BA (Nearshore)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a top media/entertainment client. This person will be supporting an integral SalesCloud application responsible for managing ad sales workflows. This person will be gathering requirements, creating detailed documentation, and writing complex user stories to support enhancements, integrations, and onboarding new BUs to the applications environment. Additionally, this person will be running daily scrum meetings. This person must be comfortable working in a fast paced and flexible environment. There will be instances where this person will be supporting testing efforts and conducting business demos. This person is expected to work in EST hours.

Skills and Requirements

– Experience as a Business Analyst in a fast paced environment supporting a complex application

– Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements

– Experience understanding Salesforce terminology and technology to write accurate documentation

– Experience supporting testing efforts

– Experience running daily standups and scrum meetings

– Comfortable working in a 1-2 week sprint environment

– Great communication skills – Experience supporting integrations null
