1. Paint Line Supervisor
1. A paint line supervisor manages the activities of a paint line team to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance. They will be working in a industrial setting and supervise teams working in a paint shop environment.
1. Their responsibilities include:
1. Setting production targets: Ensuring orders are completed on time
2. Training and mentoring staff: Enhancing skills and productivity
3. Working with clients and site foremen: Ensuring projects are executed properly, paint is applied correctly, and masking areas are protected
4. Ordering paint and supplies: Ensuring the quality of the paint and products being shipped to customers
5. Testing and reporting: Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standardsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
