The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated production supervisor to our Trio Community Meals team in Huntington Park, CA. As a production supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals in achieving operational success.

What youll be doing:

Monitoring all quality and productivity goals.

Enforcing and following-up on all company policies, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations on a daily basis.

What were looking for:

Must-haves:

At least two years of manufacturing experience.

At least one year of supervisory experience.

Understand all guidelines regarding current HACCP plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves:

Food handler’s certification.

Compensation:

The pay rate is $21/hr.
