The Executive Assistant to the EVP, Global Franchise Strategy & Creative Brand Strategy is a dynamic and insightful individual who operates as a self-starter and will leverage their strong critical thinking skills to liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders, and externally to provide high-level executive and office support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.
This individual with excellent organizational & communication skills and a highly collaborative style to administer executive office support such as executive calendaring, meeting planning & coordination, travel administration, and executive planning and project updates. This individual will leverage their strong critical thinking, and proactive nature to assist the executive with overseeing some day-to-day business activities as they may arise.

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with employees at various levels, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
Assist executive in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedule and business demands.
Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the executive and identifying potential solutions.
Coordinates travel schedules and arrangements, collects required travel documentation
Prepares and processes expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines; Ensures the timely processing of expenses utilizing the latest electronic processes for payment to corporate credit card
Provide executives with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization
Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in an executive support role providing support to multiple executives at a fast-paced company
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of all basic office equipment required
Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders through written and verbal communications
Ability to produce clear and concise materials with the mentioned tools including trackers, presentations, agendas, and memos.
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as a hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Hours are subject to change given the business/executives needs.
