ServiceNow is looking for an outstanding Subscription Product Analytics Manager to join our Subscription & Compliance Analytics team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with product managers, Pricing Strategy, Legal, and Pricing Ops to ensure new products are measurable, accurate, transparent, and reproducible, driving revenue growth and improving customer and sales experiences.
In this role you will….
Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to bring new products to market and support operational process improvements
Proactively meet with business units to understand both enhancements to existing products and the development of new ones. Act as the use verification approval point
Advocate for all products to meet standards of Measurability, Accuracy, Transparency, and Reproducibility (MATR)
Serve as the authority on use verification documentation for new products and product updates. Ensure Use Verification Analysts are well-informed prior to product releases
Work closely with the Pricing Strategy team and participate in stakeholder meetings, particularly on new product introductions, licensing, and usage
Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
Train cross-functional teams on best practices related to product use verification, usage rules, and verification processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Design workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement these improvements
Experience Required:
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in data analytics, operations, or similar roles, preferably in the software industry
Significant experience working with end customers
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Solid understanding of cloud application technologies and concepts
Experience in license compliance, audit, or usage verification.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong questioning skills to uncover key details
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake)
Expertise in creating CPM schedules
Experience in workflow design, project management, or Agile SDLC
Experience with SaaS subscription and entitlement frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail
MBA desired

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $116,600 – $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
