Contracts Accountant

Job Description

A company in San Diego is looking for a Contracts Accountant to join their procurement team! This team deals with extremely high dollar amount contracts and this individual will be responsible for tracking invoices to ensure accuracy based on contract terms. They will also respond to certain data requests across the organization. This is a hybrid position, and the Contracts Accountant will need to be onsite three days per week.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

5 years of experience in an accounting or finance based position

Experience submitting and tracking invoices and payments

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v look ups) Experience tracking invoices for large, complex contracts null
