Principal Engineer R&D

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Principal Engineer to work for a large life sciences company local to Irvine, CA. This person will be supporting an engineering group in a leadership role (will be trained on their specific devices and then expected to be able to partially manage and train other members of the team). This person will be leading a group of staff level engineers within their R&D group. This role will also be interfacing with external suppliers and production line troubleshooting.

Skills and Requirements

8 years of experience in a Principal or Staff Engineer role

R&D or Mechanical Engineer experience required

Experience with E2E project management

Components qualification

Bachelors Degree or above null
