2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers
The Company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from the simple to the extremely complex.
Will train people with great attitudes and capacity for learning.
No lifting requirements.
The company understands that new hires will require training in their specific processes. They are looking for APTITUDE, CAPABILITY, and DRIVE.
Anyone hired for these positions MUST be willing to train and learn new skills. It takes about 1 year to get completely trained on their products and processes. Candidates will learn A LOT working here.
They have a trainer coming to the facility to train and certify the team to IPC-620 class III.

This is a fully on-site position in Garden Grove, California.
Work Environment
Climate controlled environment (Air Conditioned)
Winchester currently has 85 employees and growing to over 130 next year.
This is a very clean facility that manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems that are built to function reliably under even the harshest conditions. Most of the cable assemblies that they produce are used for aerospace or defense. (Their products are in SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, as well as Armored Military vehicles).
