Product Support Engineer

Description:

Summary of main duties: • Assist in creation, organization, revision of CAD models/prints • Develop and refine relationship of components, sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies in ERP (NetSuite) and Engineering CAD databases • Help with development of collateral material for product (PM and Marketing support) • Assist with product specification and process documents • Engineering and Manufacturing team support • Hands-on assembly of lab furniture products for R&D evaluation • Bring legacy HLS product into the Autodesk Inventor platform for future re-design of HLS products (casework, hoods, etc.)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (or SolidWorks) CAD job-related experience • Interpretation of drawings / blueprints • Detail and quality oriented • Problem-solving skills • Mechanical aptitude • Basic knowledge of, and experience with hand tools • Competence in MS Office (Excel, Word) and technical documentation analysis
