Director, Machine Learning Systems, and Cloud AI Programs
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience leading teams within technical program management, engineering management, or in an equivalent role.
10 years of experience managing technical projects in the silicon development industry.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
As part of the Google MSCA (ML, Systems, and Cloud AI) organization, you will mobilize cross-functional teams, deliver solutions for scale and data-driven decision making to launch and take to market solutions that accelerate customer success. As Director you will will own a governance framework for MSCA-led Google level councils that make decisions and set strategic directions for solving business and technical challenges in the ML/AI space. You will also help us deliver cross-organizational programs and solutions efficiently for MSCA organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead the shaping and negotiation of the objectives and priorities across the organizations to be able to make recommendations, decisions, and deliver on the overall solution.
Own governance framework for facilitating strategic discussions and driving decisions to solve technical challenges.
Manage development and delivery of programs and solutions spanning GCP, Technical Infrastructure, and MSCA.
Partner with leadership engineering and product managers to ensure alignment with engineering and product priorities.
Lead TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
