Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
Prioritize and coordinate work assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on time.
Coach Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, and communication of good maintenance practices.
Direct, schedule, and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment.
Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices.
Repair mechanical systems including conveyors, rollers, gear boxes.
Electrical Power repairs and maintenance – troubleshoot power systems to find route cause.
Wiring and repair of motors 3-phase, up to 480v.
Repair and replace automation equipment including sensors and photo eyes.
Read basic drawings and schematics.
