Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Job Description
The Purchasing Administrator will provide AP/AR support for the Purchasing Group. Responsibilities include filing damaged goods claims, communicating updates with key personnel, and following up with freight companies until the case is resolved. The role involves setting up deliveries via freight or scheduling suppliers to pick up from either warehouse or job site. The administrator will provide clerical and administrative support to the SPM Group Manager, enter Purchase Orders, and coordinate add-ons with AP. The role also involves managing various functions, including correcting/approving batches and implementing changes. Regular attendance and promptness are essential job functions. Additionally, the administrator will support the administration of the Fleet.
Basic Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with Purchase Orders
Filing damaged goods claims
Set up delivery via freight or schedule supplier for pick ups
Managing functions such as Correcting/Approving batches and implementing changes
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Warehouse Environment
Returns or Inventory Experience

Pay
$24-27/Hourly
