A Boutique Retailer for Baby Gear and Strollers have recently seen significant growth and are interested in hiring new Inbound Customer Service Representatives to their Call Center team in Vancouver, WA. This is an onsite position at their new office in West Vancouver.

The team is looking for talent with experience in Call Centers and high volume Customer Service Representative roles.

Description:

Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims

Assist customers from Start to Finish , often times requiring multiple touch points

Log call data into computer system

Help troubleshoot product issues

Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3 years preferred)

Accurate typing and spelling required

6 months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)
