Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims. Your ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues will ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to our company’s success.

Job Description:

Answer customer calls, emails, and chats regarding product support, availability, and warranty claims.

Assist customers from start to finish, often requiring multiple touch points.

Log call data into the computer system accurately.

Help troubleshoot product issues.

Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3 years preferred).

Accurate typing and spelling skills required.

At least 6 months of experience working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (knowledge about baby products is a plus).

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
