WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will be cooking on the line to prepare menu items for our hotel restaurant, Hull & Mason. You will operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment such as the deep fryer, broiler, stove, and flat top grill in order to prepare food of consistent quality and following recipe cards and guest requests.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE: Prior line cook experience is preferred. It is important that you have proper knife handling skills and an understanding of food safety/sanitation and various cooking methods in order to execute menu items. You should be able to speak and read English so you can read order tickets and communicate with restaurant staff. We are looking for a team player who is willing to pitch in and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth shift and satisified guests.

WHEN YOU WILL BE WORKING: This is a PM line cook position. Please be sure to complete the availability section of the application. You must be available to work based on business demands, which will include weekends.
