hiring a Provider Specialist Assistant. As a Provider Specialist
Assistant, you are responsible for developing relationships with all
homemaking & personal care provider agencies (referral coordinators) and
working with these coordinators to facilitate the filling of pending
service requests. What do you need to be considered for this position?
Ability to collaborate, take initiative, provide/ receive feedback.
Ability to establish strong and effective collaborative relationships.
Excellent computer skills required, including Microsoft Office. Ability
to professionally work independently and in a team. Experience with
client database; medical record system preferred. Ability to multi-task
in a busy office setting with time sensitive requests is required.
Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills. Valid
MA drivers license and car required. 5 years administrative support
experience required; non-profit setting preferred. Elder Services is
