Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) seeks a professional and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Therapy team. The Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing exceptional patient care within the Infusion Department. This role includes assessing, monitoring, and administering infusion therapies while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. The Infusion RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment, participates in patient and family education, and documents all aspects of nursing care according to established standards.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, comfortable, personalized infusion care. Working collaboratively with physicians, our Infusion Therapy RNs are vital in administering various therapies, services, and medications to our patients. These services encompass a wide range of treatments, including Antibiotic Therapy, Crohn’s disease (Remicade) (Entyvio), Rheumatoid arthritis (Actemra, Rituxan, Orencia), and Hemochromatosis.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Current Vermont or multi-state RN license.
BCLS certification is required; CRNI is preferred.
