We are seeking talented Ergonomic Workstation Evaluator! In this position, you will provide workstation evaluations in the office environment to teach and demonstrate proper ergonomic principals related to the setup of the workstation or behaviors of the employee. You will instruct employees in prevention of repetitive stress injuries, document findings.

Key Accountabilities

Workstation Evaluations for both symptomatic and asymptomatic employees and contractors.

Providing and following through on all action plan recommendations, including equipment and behavioral recommendations.

Participation Tracking and Outcomes Reporting.

Employee Education and Coaching to alleviate discomfort associated with work station use.

Working knowledge of applied physical activity training.

Appropriate Documentation & Management of Information.

Participation in departmental training sessions.

Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Associates in Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training or other degree in the health or safety discipline field.

Adult CPR/AED and first aid certification from either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Solid verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Solid understanding of office ergonomic foundation approaches to service.

Ability to successfully prioritize tasks.

Basic skills in Microsoft office.

Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs and shape behaviors through coaching on ergonomics related behaviors.

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, pay is dependent on geographic location and experience.
