Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Physical Therapist to become part of our clients team in Basking Ridge, NJ – 07920. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

$42 to $49 an hour (depending on experience)

Shift

– 40 hours a week

– 8/9am-4/5pm

– Make your own schedule depending on the patients availability

Job Details

– Mileage reimbursement $0.60/mile.

– Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients in their homes, focusing on aspects such as mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.

– Create customized treatment plans derived from home assessments, taking into account each clients unique needs and living conditions.

– Administer various therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to enhance clients mobility, strength, and functional abilities in their home environment.

– Oversee Physical Therapist Assistants by conducting case conferences, co-signing treatment notes, and performing on-site supervisory visits.

– Educate clients about their conditions and treatment plans, offering clear instructions on home exercises to support ongoing progress.

– Regularly reassess clients and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results in a home-based setting.

– Apply effective pain management techniques to improve clients overall well-being.

– Maintain clear communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to deliver tailored and effective home-based care.

Qualifications

– Required: Active NJ PT license.

– Required: Experience working with geriatric patients.

– Required: Have an active drivers license and have a vehicle with insurance.

– Preferred: At least 2 years experience providing care in patients homes, however, new grads are welcome to apply.
