Join our clients dynamic Modern Workplace department (Identity Access Management) as an IAM IT Coordinator, working closely with the Global team in France. This hybrid role requires a balanced mix of 50% technical expertise and 50% coordination across various teams. Youll take the lead on major projects, including overhauling Active Directory permissions and securing access, while driving deadlines to completion. A solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and access management principles is essential. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with 5 years of experience, adept at working in large, international organizations, and possesses excellent project management skills.

responsibilities:

Coordinate IAM Activities: Work with Americas IT teams to coordinate activities surrounding the design, build, and deployment of IAM services for the Americas Zone, with 50% involvement in coordination and 50% technical understanding.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and negotiate, and ensuring the achievement of results.

Technical Support for Active Directory (AD):

Familiarity with permissions, objects, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

Ability to run PowerShell commands and scripts for exports and reports.

Azure Entra ID Management:

Understanding and configuring conditional access policies.

Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for applications.

Understanding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setups.

Data Reporting and Documentation:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Creating documents in Word and presentation decks in PowerPoint.

Service Now (SNow) Ticketing System: Experience in using the Service Now tool for ticketing and managing incidents.

Research and Technical Understanding: Ability to research and gain a high-level understanding of new technologies quickly, particularly related to Active Directory and IAM technologies.

Infra Project Management: Experience coordinating infrastructure-related projects, driving meetings, and writing concise, synthetic minutes.

Work in International and Distributed Organizations: Experience in large, international, and distributed organizations, with the ability to navigate cross-functional interactions.

Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate a growth mentality and a proactive approach to handling IAM-related tasks.
