DLG – Delivery Led Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in Spring MVC Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Payer domain and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation within the team.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring MVC Spring Boot and Microservices.
Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by implementing best practices in Spring Core and Core Java.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries to enhance database performance.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly within the Payer domain.
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet their needs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and implementations.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Spring MVC Spring Boot and Microservices.
Demonstrate expertise in REST Web Services and their integration.
Have a solid foundation in Spring Core and Core Java.
Show proficiency in PL/SQL and database optimization techniques.
Exhibit experience in the Payer domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Show a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
