Senior Associate, Security Risk Management

Were looking for a Senior Associate to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As a Senior Associate you will focus on executive protection, threat management, and the coordination of complex client matters. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, operational acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients. You will serve as the central point of coordination for subcontractors and colleagues involved in executive protection, threat management, and other complex client matters requiring regular and acute direction – globally. You will ensure seamless operations and communication between all parties to facilitate efficient and effective service delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Develop and implement coordination systems to manage the activities of team members and subcontractors and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with executive protection teams to plan and execute security measures for high-profile clients.
Monitor threat management processes, and coordinate responses to security incidents or potential risks.
Liaise with various departments to gather and disseminate critical information regarding client needs as they relate to operational requirements.
Organize and oversee the logistics of client-related projects, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and functioning optimally.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of operational procedures to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the security landscape.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on the status of projects and initiatives to senior management.
Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and a high level of performance among subcontractors and colleagues.

Essential Traits:
You have proven experience in operations coordination, preferably within the security or executive protection industry.
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on complex coordination, acute attention to detail and ability to forecast operational needs, issues and problems to best plan for success.
You are adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen eye for detail.
You have knowledge of risk assessment and threat management principles.
You have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations, oftentimes with little notice and potentially outside typical operational hours.
You have proficiency in relevant software and technology tools for project management and coordination.

The New York / California salary range for this position is $70,000 – $150,000 USD
