A company in Hauppauge, NY is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team! This candidate will support the daily function of the HR Department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. bilingual in Spanish is preferred with 5 years of experience. Responsibilities

Addressing employee questions and issues, and monitoring employee morale and company culture

Assisting with performance evaluations

Creating and distributing internal communications, and communicating complex benefits information to employees

Reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments

Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates

Administering new hire orientation and employee recognition programs

Processing payroll, administering benefits, and ensuring employees are compensated fairly

Developing and initiating HR policies, and ensuring the company complies with employment laws and regulations
