Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $29.50/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Onsite in Schenectady, NY

Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401(K), PTO, Paid Holidays

The Transactional Support Specialist will be responsible for quotes, executes, and invoices aftermarket repairs and upgrades.

Transactional quotes range from $1k to $4MM

The team quotes and executes 2000 jobs per year, in a fast-paced environment

The role will primarily focus on lower dollar, high volume transactional jobs

Drafting transitional quotes for FSA sites

Tracking of ongoing transactional jobs

Follow up with Hub Managers for job execution information

Delivery of job closeout information to invoicing team

Attend meetings to provide job status updates, and drive closure

Develop and maintain consistent process and rhythm across regions/hubs

Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions

This might be a good fit for you if you have the following skillset:

Basic understanding of sales and commercial process and acumen (cost, price)

Competency in Smartsheet, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams

Ability to quickly develop proficiency in online quoting tool

Problem solving skills to prioritize high volume of activity

Strong interpersonal skills to drive resolution on outstanding items
