Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to become part of our clients team in Glens Falls, NY – 12801. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
– $43.65-$64.63 (depending on experience)
– Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Shift
– Monday-Friday
– Day Shift (7am-7pm or 8am-4:30pm)
Job Summary
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical and environmental operations of a unit or service line, ensuring quality and safe patient care, and executing strategic departmental plans. Key duties include staffing decisions, managing patient satisfaction, and overseeing outpatient service charges. The role involves leadership and development of staff, including hiring, supervising, and facilitating professional growth. Additional responsibilities include budget planning, performance improvement initiatives, incident investigations, and policy development. The Nurse Manager also serves as a clinical resource, participates in committees, and maintains professional expertise through ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations.
Qualifications
– BSN required , MSN preferred
– NY RN License
– Must have Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) experience.
– BLS
– ACLS
