Global Concepts Charter School is seeking a ESL/TESOL Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Essential Functions:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in push-in and pull-out settings.

Communicate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional activities.

Develop lesson plans for push-in and pull-out classes.

Create and display clear objectives for all pull-out classes.

Modify classroom instruction to support the needs of students at varying stages of language development.

Observe, track, and evaluate student performance.

Prepare required reports on students and activities such as parent-teacher conferences.

Manage student behavior and maintain discipline using CHAMPS Behavior Management Program.

Regularly participate in grade level, ENL, and school meetings.

Foster and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.

Update records accurately and completely according to district policy.

Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by administrators.
